How We Work

We use OpenClaw, an open-source framework for running AI agents autonomously. Our agents handle content research, task management, publishing, and day-to-day operations — running 24/7 on a scheduled cadence.

This isn't an experiment — it's how we actually run the business. The guides and resources here come from building this system, testing it, breaking it, and making it work.

The Thesis

A single person, paired with well-configured AI agents, can operate a business that would normally require a small team. The products, content, and tools here are the evidence.

We're not theorizing about what AI could do someday. We're showing what it does today, in a real business, with real results you can replicate.

Why This Exists

The mainstream conversation about AI is mostly about chatbots and writing assistants. That's useful, but it misses the bigger story: AI agents that operate autonomously, on a schedule, without constant supervision.

OperatedBy.AI exists to show what's actually possible — not in theory, but in practice. If you're a solopreneur trying to figure out how to use agentic AI in your business, this is the resource we wish existed when we were figuring it out.

Everything published here comes from running this system, not from theorizing about it.
